A major discovery for me was that support for entrepreneurs takes on the form of systemized government politics.  There exist a number of legislative acts, which are geared toward the creation of a positive environment for the development of entrepreneurship, joint business-ventures between the municipalities and businesses.  And a very big impression was left by the presence of a large number of public unions (women's, professional, etc.,) and 'Leadership Huntsville' came as a discovery.
